At Parrot Palace, we take our parrots well being and safety very seriously. The exhibit rules will be strictly enforced to ensure a pleasant experience for the parrots as well as our customers. Anyone who doesn't adhere to these rules will be asked to leave the exhibit and will not be entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
